How we work

Every client starts from a different place; some have experience with an architect and some do not. We work with the client to navigate through the process from the initial design stage through construction.

cottage-entryWHY SHOULD YOU HIRE AN ARCHITECT?

  • A well-designed project can be built more efficiently and economically; thorough drawings make it easier for the contractor to estimate costs and build your project.
  • Energy-efficient design will save you money on operating costs.
  • Appropriate material selections will save on maintenance and replacement costs.
  • We look out for your interests and help the design and construction process proceed more smoothly.
  • We coordinate a team of engineers and other consultants that are required for the project.
  • Good design sells; in re-sale and user acceptance.
