Hickory Wind

The clients’ love of Japanese and American Prairie-Style architecture informed the design of “Hickory Wind”. In plan, the building takes the shape if a chevron, which allows an integration with the subtle forms of the topography and opens the house to the expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
