After acquiring two undeveloped floors in a newly completed office building, they needed to transform the raw space into offices for their headquarters. The primary requirements include private offices, conference rooms, open work areas, breakout rooms with kitchenettes, restrooms, and storage. The lower floor features three large meeting rooms for community use. Expanses of frameless glass doors and sidelights are integrated into the offices and conference rooms to foster a sense of transparency, both literally and figuratively.
