We collaborated closely with Fauquier Habitat for Humanity and the future homeowners to design these seven duplex communities, which provide homes for fourteen families. From the start, the goal was to make each duplex resemble a single-family house. Each unit features a separate entry door and porch. There are two model designs, each with distinct roof treatments to create the impression of four different houses.
