Lee Highway Streetscape

An existing commercial strip along the highway became part of the newly expanded Centreville Historic District. It was master-planned to rejuvenate the area and serve as a model for future development. The project will include: interior and exterior renovation of the two existing buildings on the right, a new infill building in the center to house retail and office use, and a new bank shown on the left. The buildings will be integrated with the site by parking areas, pedestrian walkways, and landscaping.
