This three-story 10,000 square foot office building will be located on the edge of the Warrenton Historic District and is designed to be compatible with the nearby historic structures without aping them. There are three suites on each floor serviced by an elevator. Traditional materials used will include a standing-seam metal roofing, stucco, and stone.
