Pond View

“Pond View House” was carefully integrated into the natural topography and therefore required minimal disruption of the land during the building process. Both levels can be accessed on grade and take advantage of the site’s spectacular views. The roof line follows the surrounding landscape in all directions. Natural stucco, stone and wood were chosen for exterior materials to reflect the setting. Stained wood trim details were designed to unify a casual, open interior.
