Wort Hog Brewing Company was the first microbrewery in Old Town Warrenton, Virginia. The design and renovation were part of the Virginia Commonwealth industrial revitalization project for historic downtown areas.

The adaptive reuse preserves the architectural character of the original auto dealership built in the 1940s and features a trellised beer garden, a taproom, and a covered rooftop deck.

This project exemplifies adaptive reuse in architecture, which is crucial in conserving land and resources.
